TiltWatch XTR | SpotSee | ShockWatch Tilt Indicator

$0.99

A single-use tip indicator for identifying tipped or overturned cargo during transportation is the TiltWatch XTR tilt indicator range. When a cargo tilts more than a certain amount, ShockWatch tilt indications indicate whether it has been turned on its side.

If a shipment is tilted past 80° while the TiltWatch XTR is mounted, the package will become red. When an aircraft takes off or is under typical handling conditions, TiltWatch XTR will not activate. Easily keep an eye out for damage from excessive tilting in your shipments.

This product is a sister product to ShockWatch, and it is generally recommended to use them together.

Description

How do you read TiltWatch XTR Tilt Indicator?

The indicator on a tilt watch is a single unit. Eighty degrees of tilt is shown by the middle window. “NO ACTIVATION” is shown by silver or green, “ACTIVATION” and “EXCEEDS 80 degrees of tilt” are indicated by red. Depending on whose edition you’re holding, it could be Silver or Green.

When a package bearing an activated Tilt Watch label reaches its destination, the recipient needs to report any evident damage to the package right away. Check the goods for any damage by opening the packaging.

How does ShockWatch tilt indicator work?

The TiltWatch XTR anti-tilt indicator features a gravity mechanism and fixed-angle side ramps on the left and right, just like a pinball machine. When the indicator is tipped, the gravity mechanism rolls along the slope until it falls off the slope. The middle window changes from the color of the gravity device (silver) to the background color (red).

How do you use TiltWatch XTR?

TiltWatch XTR should be held upright. The TiltWatch XTR is armed after removing the adhesive liner. Turning on the TiltWatch XTR requires removing the sticky backing. All you have to do is position the TiltWatch labels on the item being handled’s neighboring flat surfaces. Wherever the label is applied to the item, ShockWatch TiltWatch can detect tip degrees. For the best monitoring, placement near the corner is advised.

How does TiltWatch work?

The right and left side slopes of the single-use Tilt Watch indications are fixed at an angle, and they have a gravity device. It operates on the same principle as pinball. The gravity gadget rolls along the slopes until the load falls off the slope when the tilt exceeds 80°. The background color (red) replaces the gravity device’s silver hue in the middle pane.

What is the TiltWatch XTR Price?

Depending on the quantity of orders, the price of the TiltWatch XTR has increased from $2 to $4. Unlike the ShockWatch Label, the Tilt Watch tilt indicators can be removed with an adhesive backing, allowing for regular handling circumstances.
